We run fitness classes using Kettlebells, Body Weight Training and HIIT principles, providing an environment where you can work at your own level, in a group environment, with like minded people. Our experienced and motivating instructors are here to support you, encourage you, motivate you, pick you up if you need it, push you when you require it and provide you with the expertise to help you achieve a fitness level, confidence level and physique that you never believed were possible. All you need to bring with you is the desire to change and the attitude to make it a reality.
It is our mission to show you that exercise is for everyone and we strive to treat every person in who comes to our classes as an individual. The workout in each session is done as a group but is tailored to suit your fitness level, training experience and abilities.
We understand that starting out an exercise regime can be daunting and that maintaining it requires commitment. We therefore make it our goal to ensure that you leave your first class feeling positive and and eager to come back for more. After a couple of sessions with us, we hope you would have caught the fitness bug... and from there... the sky is the limit!
TRAINER PROFILE
Steve Hope
Steve has worked in the fitness industry as an Instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2001. As well as a Personal Training Diploma, Steve is also qualified as an instructor in Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Bodypump and Bodycombat. His passion for group exercise and belief in its benefits has made this his major focus over the past few years.
"My belief is that people have been let down by the big health club chains where they a left to fend for themselves in the gym and end up paying memberships for facilities that they are not using. In my experience, people who work in a group and feel like a part of a community, keep their training appointments, stick to their training and ultimately see results. I intend to make group training the norm for the majority of the population."
